A few months ago I had the chance to create a few items for "Creatief met Foto's". In an earlier post I showed my first article, a minialbum about how we spend our summer holidays. The second assignment was to create five layouts about special summer "things".
On the cover a small picture of one of the pages.

For these layouts I used the Jewel Stack of DCWV, lovely Prima Flowers, chipboard, glitter, bling, buttons, distress ink and my sewingmachine.

Fast as you can (Blow Karting)

Lovely Summer (Swimming pool)

Much Fun
Love the time that you're here (Fishing)

Which way to go (Kayaking)

Thanks for visiting and have a good weekend.

Old stamps

While cleaning out a drawer I found some rubber stamps which I didn't use for ages.

I created this card for a colleague who is about to move to her new home.
The background is a creased book page with a touch of distress ink (brushed corduroy). I stamped the box on cardboard and cut it out. The ink on the brick pattern embossingfolder worked out very nice on paper by running it through the Cuttlebug. Some leftovers from Graphic45, Prima flowers and leaves and finally a piece of cord and letterstickers finished the card. Hope she likes it.

Have a good weekend.

Handmade cards are always a pleasure when you get one. On the other hand it's nice to surprise family and friends with a selfmade gift or card. For this one I used paper from DCWV "Latte Stack". Flowers are Prima and Webster Pages.

 Thanks for visiting.

The Floriade in Venlo

was a wonderful weekend away. Saturday we visited the park, so much to see and do.

At 19.00 we arrived in the hotel in Cuijk. We enjoyed our diner and after breakfast on Sunday we drove a tourist route back home . Thanks for visiting and have a good week.

A card

that I created for DH with a sweet gift (a weekend away to the Floriade) inside. Celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary which was on 19 September.

Thanks for visiting my blog.

Time for an update .....

It's been a while since I updated my blog. Didn't scrap for months but this is a layout which I created for a challenge at the Hobby Farm blog.

A layout about a very joyful time we had last year when the kiddos of my brother were in Holland.

Wow - I catched my 1st fish (Wow - mijn 1e vis zelf gevangen)

The journaling says:
Matt was so happy. Only to get the fish of the hook was a bit scary. Jarno and Eline helped you with this. July '11.

For this layout I used paper, alpha- and element stickers from Basic Grey, flowers, bling and letterstickers are from Prima.

Hope to post some more the next days.
